HOW AM I BILLED?
Payment is due before services are rendered. A retainer is automatically billed on the first day of your plan cycle each month until cancelled and invoices are provided for your record and receipt.
DO YOU WORK WEEKENDS?
I work Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ET. However, if a task is vital to your success and I’m available to assist you outside of my regular business hours, I’m happy to help.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A SERVICE AGREEMENT?
Yes. Contracts are in place for everyone’s benefit. Rest assured, there’s no long-term commitment and we will only take things a month at time.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY UNUSED HOURS?
It’s important that we decide what plan is best suited to your needs. Any hours not used at the end of the month will expire. I will submit a usage report to you weekly so you can monitor your hours throughout the month.
DO YOU WORK HOLIDAYS?
I spend most holidays with my friends and family. I hope you’ll take time to do the same!
WHAT’S BRANDED EMAIL?
Branded email is a plan add-on that allows me to send and receive emails from your domain instead of my email address. This adds a level of professionalism and gives the appearance that I’m an in-house employee.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY SERVICE IF YOU’RE OUT IF THE OFFICE?
If I will be taking a scheduled vacation during any billing month, you’ll know in advance. For more information on vacation and sick time, review your service agreement.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PLAN?
If you need to change your plan, you can downgrade before your next billing cycle. Simply let me know. If you need to upgrade, you can do so at the beginning of any billing cycle, subject to my availability.
